Skyview Ranch is amazing. There's so many great things happening all the time nad so many people to meet, greet and enjoy. Kids playing at the playgrounds, soccer fields, basketball courts and open fields are always filled and the summertime is so great! I love the amenities, with Cross Iron Mills Mall being so close. Lots of restaurants, convenient stores and banks close by makes the living experience that much better. I wouldn't compromise the area for anything. It is one of the city's best communities and it is still developing by adding new stores, shopping experiences, transport routes and so much more.
Rubix in Skyview is perfectly situated on one of the communities most walkable streets, and close to the open parks, schools, playgrounds and more. Skyview is a self-sustaining community equipped with great outdoor recreation, shopping, dining and convenient access to major transportation. So it makes sense the Rubix in Skyview offers similar features that connect people. I fell in love with Rubix from the first time I saw the marketing video presentation. I live in Skyview and I was always looking to buy a great condo in the area but was not impressed by the options, even though there was so many of them. But when I saw all that Rubix had to offer, I was blown away. Modern finishes, unique options, creative floor plans, EV charging stations, smart home technology, all-day security and so much more. I mean, impressive wasn't the best word to use, because it surpassed all my expectations. Wave Homes did a great job, promoting and developing such a wonderful multi-family residence.
